"We worked with both Julie and Jeff on buying a new property and selling another one (in order to make the purchase of the first possible). They were unfailingly timely and friendly. In addition, their "strategy" about how to buy a property in a tight market was remarkable, perhaps even prescient as it turned out. The purchase wouldn't have happened without their expertise. We were very pleased with the team. They are professional and a pleasure to work with."

"Julie gave us the kind of advice and help you'd expect from a longtime friend. She pointed the way when we asked and held our hands when we needed it. That extended to connecting us with contractors and other people who could be helpful to us after our purchase."

"5 star husband and wife team that provides all your reality needs, both in search of or selling your home. Continuously engages with former customers throughout the year, even if not actively looking for a new home. Both are friendly and meticulous in following up on closing of your home. Highly recommend uses their services."

""Having the team sell my house was the smartest move I ever made. They worked with me every step of the way, answered all my questions with thoughtfulness and patience, and made the whole process pretty much stress-free. They're the best!
